New Fuel Tank, Won't Start??

So, I just installed my new gas tank, and after all the hard work, I went to turn it over and nothing. The battery kicks, spark is good. When I sit underneath of it, I can hear the fuel pump running, but after at least 12 attempts and nearly running out my battery, nothing. I'm not sure if its the filters or what, but it's not working. Any ideas?

pump probably lost prime, do you have fuel at the rail?

I'll have to check that tomorrow. I plan on removing the tubing at the engine and seeing if it pumps out.
