kyleag89 Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 I just installed a pair of Rugged Ridge tow hooks off Quadratec on the MJ. The brackets and hooks are fine but the hardware it comes with is not useable. The bolts it comes with for the farthest hole are too long and hit the steering box on the drivers side and the alternator on the passengers side. The bolts that hold the tow hooks to the bracket are cheap china metal. One of them snapped as I was tightening it and two others stripped. I think they might have just sent me the wrong bolts for the sleeved hole in the frame.
