jimoshel
Clean all threads with a wire brush. Bolts and holes in the block. Start with number 1 bolt. That is the middle bolt, right hand side. Left, right is determined as you're sitting in the drivers seat. After no 1 is no 2, straight across the block and on the left hand side. Continue in a clockwise fashion until all bolts are tightened to specs. your starting in the the middle and working your way out. After the last time around at final specs go around again checking that all bolts are tight. Sometimes it takes 2-3 go arounds to get it. jimoshel
Bolts can only be used twice. After you've replaced all the bolts put a white paint mark on the head of the bolt. If there is a bolt with a white paint mark on it when you removed them, discard it and get a new one.
