maddzz1 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Will any ball joint press that says for 4WD trucks have the adapter thats needed on our D30? or is a special adapter specifically for jeep 4WDs needed? I'm talking about the adapter for the upper ball joint.

maddzz1 Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 Ive seen videos of people just using a piece of steel plate to make up the angle of the upper "C" that the ball joint presses into instead of using the adapter to do it. What did you do to stop the upper from binding or going in crooked?
