91coMANche Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Any reason why my headlights are loose in my new header panel? Its just a spring and the two adjustment screws right? I snapped the threaded inserts into the new header panel (before someone suggests that).

sinkrun Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 China header or factory? On my china one my insurance bought the plastic inserts would not fit tight. So I JB welded them in seemed to help.
91coMANche Posted January 7, 2011 Author Posted January 7, 2011 I guess the tolerance on the header panel isn't appropriate. I guess I will source bigger adjuster snaps or get a MOPAR header panel.
