Wiper Motor sprayer not working correctly.

The wiper motor sprayer is not working correctly. The wipers wipe when told to do so but when the switch is turned to activate the spray.... nothing. Now for the good part.... picture if you will... my buddy out with the volt meter and me sticking my head out from behind the door as I was attempting to get it to spray by activating the switch inside. Let's just say I got an earlier shower than expected that day. So.... we now know that the motor works when power is applied but not from the switch. Any ideas as to where the most likely problem would be.

I didn't get too ambitious with mine, I just just put a push button switch on the dash for mine. So, I'll be watching the answers.
