Tail lights blown?

What should I check for? I put 2 wires from the license plate lights together and everything went out. Help?

most likely you haz blown a fuse...check all those first..

So I got all my lights to work (changed fuse) Then my brake lights blew9changed fuse) so they wrok. But now when I close my door, my b-pillar light stays on unlike before. I have no idea what to do. This is driving me crazy

The B-pillar lights are a 3-position switch - mine don't work, but they can be always on, on when the doors are open, or totally off, depending on which position the light is in. Try rotating the lens up or down.

Those license lights (on mine anyway) were just a single wire, one for each side of the plate, the ground is in the mount.
