I'm suppose to be picking up a 91 manche with an ax15, so i thought i could use the shifter set up then use an XJ shifter. i know i will have to change the column, but is it as simple as i am thinking it will be?? 87manche Posted November 20, 2006 Share Posted November 20, 2006 the tcu controls all shifting. The only thing the range selector does is tell the trans wheter it's in park, reverse or forward. Grab a console shifter and it's cable, should bolt right up to your aw4, you don't even have to mess with any wires, it's all mechanical. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
