anyone good at cadwork (.dxf file) drawings?

got a guy who owns a cnc plasma cutter who is going to cut a bumper out for me. I am going to get one built to look like this can anyone make this into a cadwork (.dxf file) I don't have any of the dimensions.

I can't remember the exact page, but there's a real good one in the Projects page....I think he's in WA state. There's several others out there too.
