tralfaz
I have a pair of front coils from an '04 WJ. Will they fit on my '88 MJ? Thanks! :help:
Motion Offroad
No they will not "bolt-in". WJ coils have a different diameter.

dasbulliwagen
JK wrangler ones will, same diam and similar length, but probably stiffer due to being in a heavier vehicle.
Motion Offroad
JK wrangler ones will, same diam and similar length, but probably stiffer due to being in a heavier vehicle. From the factory the JK uses 22 different coil springs, each with a slightly different spring rate; dictated by how the JK is equipped. It's honestly so hard to tell what kind of results you'd get from a JK coil.
