pwrliftin Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 After a week of pure pain in my tailbone i decided to go to the doctor. He told me I have whats called a pilonidal cyst. While doin research, I've found that this is called the jeep disease because over 80,000 soldiers that drove jeeps in WWII were hospitalized due to a cyst on their tailbone. Although it hurts like sin and the surgery is slow recovery, I'm glad its a "jeep thing"
