Minor misfire when idling ('89 4.0L AW4)

What should I look at first? :help: please

 

It runs and drives fine but at idle has a misfire every few seconds. Nothing major, just a little hiccup now and again.

 

I'd love to get it running smoooooth!

Clean your throttle body and IAC.

Ok I'll try that. Any other things like oxygen sensors and stuff?

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, injectors, dirty valves, burned valves, can all cause a misfire condition. Maybe run some seafoam through, check your spark plugs, maybe go out at night and fire it up and look for arcing from the plug wires. Good luck.
