STERLING STINGER
 i need to get a front end lift around 2-3" for my 92. i don't want to order oems coils and put in spacers like i did on my 88. i want to buy brand spanking new, longer coils instead. my question is...what do i tell the guy at the counter i need? or can i go to a shop that installs coils and just tell them i want a longer coils installed? i like the look of the spacer lift, and I'm trying to replicate it with just buying one instead of both. thanks paul

Tell the guy you want 2 or 3" lifted coils for a comanche OR cherokee... CW
Eagle
Wait -- "Counter"? You won't find lift springs at the local Auto Zone or Schucks. You have to order them from a place that specializes in Jeep 4x4 parts and equipment. NAPA and Carquest can sell you heavy duty "Cargo Coils" for the MJ, but they only give you about 1" of lift. They are essentially the same as XJ Up Country coils.

CWLONGSHOT
forget it. ill just get the spacers :huh???: Spacers are fine and there is certainly nothing wrong with them. But do just give up...
