echdaviem
well finally got my new carpet in and installed! i also made a rear panel for my truck. i used 1/2 inch thick plywood and wrapped with speaker carpet. that idea came from this month's comanche of the month. i didn't know how the brackets were on there normally, it didn't have any when i got the truck, so i made my own with some stainless steel and used some of those t nuts to bolt it to the panel. also put some nuts for my sub and amp to be mounted on. here are some pics

echdaviem
Well I've been in NC for a while now, getting settled in and what not. It's time to take care of the Ride. This morning I got in the truck to start it and warm it up. Soon as it fires up I hear some Pretty horrible noises coming from the transmission, I verify this by stepping on the clutch and the noise goes away. So I've been wanting to do an AX15 swap for a long time now, just haven't had the chance or funds to do so. Well now I'm kinda forced to do so. So what I'm asking is, where in NC is there a good source to find transmissions if I decide to just replace the one I have for the time being? or What are the tricks to finding a donor Cherokee to do a full AX15 swap? I don't seem to be able to find any around here. Here meaning Raleigh/Durham area. Thanks for reading, looking forward to hearing every ones suggestions. Comanche County
Nice clean work, these latest tires look a lot better and should perform much better. Also on that rear bumper, it kinda looks too big, but since the receiver is mounted lower its much more usable than mine. I've got a receiver hitch but even with a 6" drop hitch its still too high to haul anything..........gentlemen, this MJ is another fine example of "lower is better". But those black flares should be red.....please paint them sir. :D
