88pioneer
Well, still hunting my front end demon. :fs2: Had the tires re balanced, which helped a little. Replaced both hubs, which didn't help at all :headpop: . Could there be an alignment issue, its off some, but i wonder how much of an effect this would have on the shimmy. I can't do much more than 50 before the shake becomes too much to bear. Looking for some help
cracker
Could be LCA bushings, track bar bushing, alignment, worn out track bar, loose track bar, UCA bushings, ball joints or even unbalanced tires (which you took care of). You can sort of half @$$ check your alignement with a tape measure to make sure. I do all my jeep alignments with a tape measure and have for about 6 years now and I don't ahve any funny wear patterns or death wobble at any speed. I haven't heard it being the unit bearings yet but I wouldn't rule it out. Good luck.
88pioneer
Well track bar is good, that was also just replaced. I guess it could be my LCA bushings, i think there gettin pretty old. Might have to get it aligned an see if that helps

Eagle
Get it aligned. Pay particular attention to the caster angle. Within spec, more is better.
88pioneer
Alignment is what i figured. I checked ball joints and they're fine. I guess i'll be going to the alignment shop this week
