Cheech Posted April 8, 2010 Share Posted April 8, 2010 I'm in the process of replacing all the seals and gaskets in my 2.5 and came across a question. The new gasket set comes with both 8 valve seals and also 8 deflectors. The engine currently has deflectors on them, but the kits says to fit the 1986 engines with the actual seals. jimoshel Posted April 8, 2010 Share Posted April 8, 2010 Use the seals. A light coat of oil on the stems will help them to slide on. Use a 7/16 deep well socket to push them on with. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
