88pioneer
looking for some tips on changing out the smoker windows for fixed ones as it is raining again and i know there leaking :fs1: . I have heard the bottom in the door is a PITA to get to. Never tried this before, but really need to do this soon. Any tips or pointers would be appreciated
AmJay
Remove 2 bolts/screws from the top front of the window. Remove Door panel. Remove inner and outer window wipes. remove bolt at bottom of window frame. Roll window down and remove single bolt Torx, or Hex nut on some models that holds glass to window regulator (This step may not be needed and you can try to get the frame out with just the window rolled all the way down.) Tilt the top of the frame back and lift out through opening.
