mvusse Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 I don't know of any shackles that will give an MJ 2" of lift as the stock shackles are fairly long to begin with, and the axle is mounted forward of the center of the springs. Most common lift shackles are Chevy drop shackles. They supposedly drop a Chevy 2", they supposedly lift a Cherokee about 2", but only lift a Comanche about 0.75" to 1". They are what I am running. And the comment I've had from a board member who noticed my shackles in a picture was "Holy long shackles, Batman!"

A 2" longer lift shackles for a MJ would measure close to 10" eye to eye!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: IMHO 7.5-8" is about max and even that can cause problems... CW
