It's solid and rust free for the most part.(hint of surface rust on scratches) It has a couple of dings on both sides and one good size dent on the left side. I put a spare handle on it that works fine. It will need cleaned up and greased but does what it should. $20 +shipping OBO (SOLD). Second one is poor. This would be great if your looking for one to hack up. It's banged up pretty good and will need new hardware. If it's better than yours, just swap over the hardware and you'll have a fair tailgate. $5 +shipping.
