DansGreyMj
anyone ever put it on, I'm interested in knowing if the install is pretty straight forward and how much the whole kit runs
Scott86mj
I've almost completed my zj disc brake conversion in a 87 mj d44. It is pretty easy and I'll bet alot cheaper than teraflex kit. You just have to redrill the parts to the different pattern and machine out a little in the center of the brackets. And you will need an axle retainer plate from a dana 44 tj or a custom spacer to get the bearing preload. Not sure about a dana 35 but it should be the same as long as its a non c clip. If it a c clip axle it should be a direct bolt in but I'm not sure about that. I got my complete zj d35 with disc brakes for 100 bucks. After putting new pads rotors and and parking shoes I'll estimate 200 bucks for conversion.http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavist ... index.html This link should help. I looked up a picture of the tera flex kit and it looks identicle to zj rear disc brakes for $
