A/C and Heater

i got a 87 comanche and when i turn the switch on for the heater or A/C the blower motor doesnt come on and if i leave it on the fuse will blow after a couple mins...... i don't think its a short in the wiring i just think the motor is fozen but I'm not sure any advise?

Sure sounds like a frozen motor. Only way to tell for sure is pull it and check it.
