I turned the valve clockwise to open.

Ok guys I charged my system an it blows cold woo hoo.... Thanks for all you help. I was turning the valve the wrong way.... Once against thanks so much.

I've been trying to turn it counter clockwise..I'll try that

The valve seems to be frozen shut. It won't turn.

I'm trying the conversion but I can't seem to fill. The 134 will not go in I bought everything for the conversion and put it on but I can't seem to charge the system

Thanks guys. I guess I need to recharge the system. I'm looking at the little window next to the low pressure switch and I can't see anything but a slight tint og green.

My 87 Comanches AC compressor won't kick in. I hooked the compressor up to straight 12 volts and it kicks in. I replaced the relay but I'm still not getting 12 volts to the compressor. Can anyone help me... I've see on other forms that it could be a thermostat switch. What does that look like and where is it located. Any other ideas??? Thanks Jim.

I did replace the relay and when I hook a meter up to the power wire to the compressor it reads .04 volts. How many volts should be going thru the wire in the on position.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for my Air conditioning. I can't seem to get the compressor to kick in. Can anyone help me with this please... Thanks Jim

ive always had troble with the plastic ones you find in the autoshop they always brake... so i was lookin for more like a metal universal one

does anyone know where i can find universal window cranks for my mj..... or if any other window cranks besides the stock ones that will work wit it.....

i know how to pull a fuse..... I'm talking about the power comfort switch

how does it pull outta the dash does it just pop out with a screwdriver.
