2.5 to 4.0

I have an 86 with a 2.5 and i want to put a 4.0 in it. I know that i need all the wiring and the computer and the full drive train. I was wondering if the motor mounts in the same location? I know that the transmisson is long but thats not a big deal. Any info would be appericiated Thank you.

Be prepared to swap in a new hood and radiator supports. the 86s had a single center latch, the 4.0 radiator conflicts with this and you'll need some parts from a 4.0 rig in order to fit the later model latches and 4.0 radiator in.
