Manual to Automatic?

I have a 88 Comanche 2wd with a 4.0 and i'm thinking of buying an 88 Cherokee to do the 4wd swap. Everything is the same except its an automatic. Is there alot more involved in doing that swap. Can anyone tell me a brief list of what i'd need to swap over?

With having the donor vehicle within arms length, it's a much easier swap, just for the little odds and ends that you might need.

If you'd really prefer to keep it a manual, it shouldn't be too hard to find a decent 4wd AX-15 for a good price, or I'm sure you can get a 4wd BA 10/5 for nearly free.
