vanschmidt
:???: What is the procedure in replacing the pickup sensor in my 1988 4.0 automatic Comanche? I started the job but I thought that I'd better ask someone that has done this already before going any further. :dunce:
Geonovast
It's usually just a good idea to replace the whole distributor. They're not that expensive, and then you've got a new dis. I read over instructions for replacing the CMPS. Didn't look fun. Why, specifically, does it need to be replaced?
