Frankdm83 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Does anyone have a good pic of how the spring goes on. I was changing the front cable and it came off before I coulsd see where it went. It is the spring that holds the tension on the pedal so when you release it, it springs up

mfpdm Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Glad to have helped but now I see I was talking about the wrong spring. :doh: You wanted the one on the bottom. That one on the top engages the little rachet thingy to engage the lock for the pedal as you push it down. A guess a picture is indeed worth a thousand words. :thumbsup:
