rws
I am in the process of putting new gears and a locker in my dana 44 on a 1990 MJ. If I put in a fully automatic Detroit locker with 4:10 gears and 33" tires how badly will I stress my axle shafts?? Will the stock shafts work OK for moderate off-roading, mostly in mud. Thanks
JOMJ87
I have Stock axles  (35-30) with 35s and a luchbox locker and the axles lasted threw tellico and some moderate stuff around my area So you should be good.IMO Cole
pingpong
It all depends on how much you like yo use the skinny pedal, and how much traction is present when said skinny pedal is mashed if you are like me... you can break 4340 dana 30 axles on easy crap  but with some sane driving.. it should be no problem
Bounty Hunter
Shouldn't be a problem with that setup.
CWLONGSHOT
I completely agree with patrick...its COMPLETELY depends on your driving style. If you "Drive it like you stole it", (I Hate that phrase) NOTHING is strong enough. Generally speaking drive like you need to drive it to work the next day, use your head not the throttle, you will be fine. CW
