got my sound and vibration damper. this is getting ready to apply it.

i will apply one more coat today, then tomorrow apply more of a sound coat. different stuff.

it was their recommendation.

need to go on a job, so won't be able to work on it for a while. :yes:

 

i finally found the leak on the drivers side. i was looking up at the firewall when i noticed sunlight where there shouldn't be. it was coming from the top of the hood release cable as it goes through the firewall. you can't see it otherwise. so don't go by what you can or cannot see. just coat everything that goes through the firewall. it was just a pinhole. :thumbsup:

i have some left but it dries fast. the sides will get done. replacing the doors someday.

started again with the wiring. drilled holes in the dash to fit the gauge holder. finally

will wire them up. can't find the connectors though. will look again, then look for new ones :ack:

 

old age, can't remember the gauge for the open hole. when i do remember it, then can't find it. so for the time being, o.h.

also, i have a separate grounding block for my grounds. i bought it from wire works.
