Throttle body

Has anyone replaced their stock throttle body with a larger one? Hesco has a big bore 62mm throttle body, a bit expensive – I wonder if it’s worth the money...

Nice upgrade if you have a stroker or planning on putting one in-otherwise not worth the money if you ask me.

A guy here in mexico open the stock throttle body in his machine shop to 62, 65 or 68mm, whatever you want he ask $100 for each throttle body. :brows:

And he does this spacers too, it depends the measure you want.

Remember, its a balance act. The more air you give it, the more gas it needs- most of us are already running lean.

First thing I would grab with one of those is an adjustable MAP sensor and go up on the fuel pressure regulator....and it STILL isnt going to be worth it to me.
