removing trim

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic "vent" looking thing on the cab behind the door? My pass. side one is loose, and rattles like a %*&%^$&$ when I drive. I want to remove it, glue the cracked part together, and glue it firmly to the cab.

they just snap into the cab with plastci clips.

Push up then gently pull out. There are two right-angle hooks and several snap-in type plastic pins. Some had a thin foam sealing band glued to them, and over time that band may have "stuck" itdelf to the truck.
