Pete M
Meaning your truck was 2wd before? Your 2wd driveshaft should work just fine for cutting down (assuming there's nothing wrong with it).

Pete M
I ran the big driveshaft for years without issues. Just make sure you're shortening the non-isolator end (i.e. keeping the rubber isolator) and when reinstalled, the rubber isolator stays at the axle end. hogelectra
Big shaft that brings up some of my own questions. I noticed that my drives haft is really large - bigger then what I have seen on Cherokee I run with. I saw a vendor tag on it so I know it is an after market add on. Are these better then others? Also when I finally go to a DANA44 can the driveshaft be shorten to fit?
Pete M
Is it a tube-in-a-tube style with the rubber isolator between them? (it's usually visible from the axle end)
