bigd44889 Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 not sure but soa and 4.5 up front gives it a nice stance but not leval from what i have been told is to do the rear then see how much u need in the front thay are all diff depending on what shape rear springs are in if u do a soa i have been told u can get anywere from 4 to 6 inchs of lift i git 5.5 when i did mine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As already stated, the SOA can give anything from 5" to over 6" in the rear so it's typical to need 6.5" springs to keep it level as it should be. A stock truck may look OK with the back higher than the front, but a lifted truck just looks silly that way IMO. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Motion Offroad Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 As already stated going SOA in the rear will vary greatly on what leaf pack you have from the factory and the condition of them. You'll need a 6.5" coil for it to sit level and look good. RE actually started including a front coil spacer with their 5.5" MJ lift about 8 months ago as the front coils were not tall enough.
