Transmission Fluid Change

One of today's projects is a fluid change for the tranny on our 88 4.0 5sp. Simple as this may be, we're new to the MJ, and I couldn't find a thread for this procedure.

 

Does anybody know of one I've missed, or any advice on the procedure is appreciated.
