89eliminator
I'm getting ready to buy some Bilstein 5150's and was wondering what vavling i should get. I don't know the difference's, I'm guessing firmess/softness. They have 225/70 and 170/60. Can someone school me on what they both mean?
BLHTAZ
I just did a few minutes of Google surfing as I was curious about it too since you brought it up and I had never heard of it before. The 225/70 is a firmer valving for harder offroad use or a vehicle that is a load carrier / trailer towing. The 170/60 is softer for a more comfortable road ride. I found a Toyota forum that most of the guys said they prefered the 225/70's for over all use nad did not have any trouble with rough ride on the road.
