MJ300 Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 I know how to swap the chrome door handles on, and how they go together and everything but have one question about swappability. The donor doesnt have a passengers side door, which means I only have a drivers side handle. But since it is a 4 door, can I take off the passengers side back door handle and put it on the front. I have a gut feeling that it might work, but I just wanted to make sure b4 I go and screw something up. :D
702_MJ Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 I don't see why not, they look completely the same. Just keep your hardware and stuff from your front door just in case. The chrome handles look great on the comanches, did it to mine and i love it.
HOrnbrod Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Yes. There are only two door handles, right side and left side. The front door right side and rear door right side handles are interchangable and same for the left side. :D
