djag12
I just put new floors in the MJ. Before I put the new carpet back in I want to make sure I have all the leaks taken care of. The one I can't find is the very small stream that is coming from somewhere up behind the fuse box. I'm thinking under the hood somewhere but was hoping someone can point me in the correct direction. Maybe a blocked drain hole in the cowl area or under the hood? I know my other one is coming from the rear window so I will be resealing that on passenger side. Pete M
I had a leak in the 88 that was originating from the seal at the back of the hood, snaking its way down through the engine bay, and finding some wires that were running through the fire wall and following them into the cab. Baby powder is your friend when it comes to leaks. Sprinkle a bit around in any suspicious area and the water will make trails through it.
