need measurments to make good bush bumper

I'm planning on getting a friend to help make a pre runner bumper and just need some specs i guess i could get off my @$$ and go measure it but i plan on making one like this one http://www.protofab4x4.com/products.php?ID=00&ID2=26 any one have this one I'm pretty much hopfully just have to give the guy the "blue prints" and he makes it for me so any measurments or anythign else would be great also how can i make it a good solid bumper that helps strengthen the frame and make it good at pulling stuff out also. what are the uni body tie in brakets they seem pretty easy to make... how do they fit in? instead of the winch build in though I'm going to make a reciever that i can plug the winch in and out so i can switch it to front and back when needed

I have the ProtoFab4x4 bumper... Nice solid bumper

 

I did not do the tie-ins on mine as it is just for looks and while it will eventually have a winch on it...it will never get used ;) .
