xj_dummy Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 When I bought my MJ, my interior lites didnt work. So I fixed them. First remove them and find a clear place to work on them. I did it inside the house where I could sit down and take my time. Image Not Found Second, get a small screw driver and insert it between the lens and the frame. Do this on the end where the plug is. Image Not Found Carefully pry the lens over the edge of the frame and remove the lens. Image Not Found With the lens removed, clean up the brass or copper contacts with a jewelers file (I used) or fine grit sand paper. Don't forget the little wheel on the lens too. And where the bulb sits, now is a good time to replace your bulb. Its a Lil easier since I have big hands. Put it back together and reinstall it into your truck and it should work.
