Any body know where to get a fixer up comanche?

My and my fiance are going to boot camp in december and want to get a comanche for after but we want one that we have to work on and put some sweat into he said if i look on here i should find some but all i'm findinf is ones that run yea those will be good to we want as many as we can get but i want one that we have to drag home cuz i doesn't run and it needs lots of parts. If you kknow where i can find one plaese tell me thanks :D

get through boot camp and AIT first. You won't be able to afford or have any time to work on one - and when they station you in Korea or worse for the first year having an MJ won't do you any good. So basically wait until your first duty station before buying one. And while your doing all that good training, save up your money.

Don't overlook getting a 2wd. They are essentially the same body/suspension as a 4wd and then you won't waste any money paying for parts you won't be using anyways (meaning that if you're building it up, you likely won't want to use the axles that come with most MJs).

Sadly...thats my girl, she tryin to find one for her but shes wanting to get a beater that we can build up like you said pete.we're looking for one that we can find cheap(doesnt have to run...or even have an engine) she just wanting to go from the ground up with one
