chicofuentes0224 Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 I'm having issues again. What's the best way to tell that the waterpump is working correctly? I looked in the expansion tank and fluid does go in from the side hose, just not very fast. I'd call it a drizzle.
WahooSteeler Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 give it the garden hose test. i read in one of the manuals to pinch off the hose for a couple of seconds and slowly release it. you should feel water rushing through if the pump is working.

If your looking at the front of the engine is the water pump hose the one on the left side of the upper radiator hose coming out of the front of the engine or the right where the thermostat housing is?
