I know that I can hardwire one up to a switch, and I will if I have to. I just wondered if there was a particular fuse that it went through. Everything elses seems to work alright though. Thanks, Ron

Thanks for the info. I was hoping it would be somewhere other than the door. My door tag is gone. There is a vin plate on the firewall. I'll see what info I can get from it. Thanks again, Ron

Is the horn wired through a fuse? I can't figure out why it doesn't work. Might just be old........ but I thought I try the easy stuff first. Once I get the horn fixed, I can get an inspection. 8)

The front ones were bad.

I'll try changing them. But the driver's side works fine. Would that side work fine but the other side not if it were bad? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for these trucks? Thanks for the help guys!!! Ron

I was reading about some of the wiring issues with these trucks. I am having issues with my blinkers too!!!! When the pass side blinkers are turned on the light comes on in the dash but nothing blinks. The hazards all work as they should, as do the driver side lights. Do you think its in the switch(column or lever) or the blinker itself (fusebox circle thingy)? My park lights do work too. Also does ANYONE know where I can get a decent wiring diagram for these trucks? Haynes and Chiltons are not enought to trace everything down. Thanks, Ron

Purchased my first Comanche on June 26, 2007. 1988 Jeep Comanche "Sport Truck" 4.0L 192K mi 5spd 2wd (not for long though) PO put a dana 30 under it but it has not been hooked up.
