I stand corrected, I have personally never seen them other than on the Big Ton/Metric Ton.

I don't think the off road package have the D44, that was only for the Big Ton or Metric Ton packages.

The previous owner cut out a rectangle about a third or fourth of the side bed length. I looks like they were trying to throw some bondex to repair body damage but but a bed liner on instead of fixing it. :nuts: For now I will just do a patch but eventually the bed will be replaced do to some other damage to the outside.

I bought my truck with a bed liner, and upon removing it today I found a hole that had been cut into the left side of the bed. Will a donor 86' bed fit swap with a 92' bed or is there modification that need to be done?

Got the lights working! Just some dirty contacts.

Just tried the switch and it doesn't turn on, but will check the fuses later it will give me an excuse to get away from studying for my finals :D

Thanks for the help, I found the the door plunger, and nothing happened, but I can't find the actual switch to turn on the interior lights manually...

Hey everybody! Just got my first car on saturday, 1992 MJ Base "Big Ton" 4x4, but the two interior lights on the sides of the cab do not work. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks

1992 Jeep Comanche I6, Automatic, factory Dana 35 front, factory Dana 44 rear, LWB California Bay area Currently on the road, all stock except for 29" tires(which i intend to replace with smaller ones) and 17" wheels. Not a project. Big Ton package, long bed, factory skid plates, white exterior, gray interior, cloth bench seat, column shift, factory 4 wheel drive. I am the current owner of said vehicle.
