I have a set. the piece that runs down the right pillar is bent the rest is in pretty good shape. I don't have all the clips but most of them. The clips are the most fragile when removing and replacing the trim.

Are you talking about the trim around the windshield?

I had to take a hammer and chisel to mine. Worked out good. Someone before had obliterated the square hole for a ratchet.

I have a 95 XJ with the 4.0 and have a water leak coming out of the bell housing. I'm thinking head but was wondering, are there freeze plugs on the back side of the block? Planning on pulling the tranny eventually but hate to pull the trans and it be the head, also hate to pull the head and it be a plug.

87 model with an external slave cylinder? Better double check that. Just finished that project on my 89 MJ. The top 2 bell housing bolts are a 6 point star head (14MM) when you get them out, throw them away and get you a couple of 3/8 bolts the same length. Got my slave and master cylinder from ClutchCityOnline.com. fast shipping and works so far.

I will be having the windshield replaced next week after a tree fell on it. It also bent the chrome trim. Can I take the trim and retainers off and just use the rubber trim like my 95 Cherokee has? If so do I get one for up a 94 or 95 model? Thanks. new to this site and looking forward to browsing thru some tips and tricks.
