  11. So last night my 86 4 cyl 5 spend manual 4x4 was sitting idle at about 550-750 and just died, then later (2-4 hours) I was in fifth gear. It was like it had died (no power) but it was still running but like idling though I was giving it gas, then it jumped ( like I slammed it into gear ) then it was fine. Then it did it again this morning. I'm confused and not sure where to start looking everything looks fine under the hood thanks guys I checked the form some but didn't find much if someone finds one point in the right direction thank you

  14. Yes I just made sure the hood was covered in cold water as I spot welded the vents in, but I have seen a lot of people just job weld it in so the heat won't mess up the paint job.
  15. From what I understand the flywheel has part of the clutch disk on it ? So if your clutch goes bad you need to change your Flywheel will also

  17. Built some homemade hood louvers for my MJ, they look great ill try to get a few more pics soon of the whole truck and maybe a video too showing some temps changes Total cost $40 not bad lol
  18. Yeah The jackstands give me a little more extra space underneath, And I know the 30s just look so funny underneath it I almost wish I would have went with a little bit bigger size tire.

  20. I still do 80 on the interstate and it's true that 2.5l with the right gears can still pull its own and still get 25 mpg and yes the old man is my grandpa, he loves to come over and see what I'm up too on the "ol block steel" as he calls it lol and yes my ex was a keeper, NOT !!!!!!!!!

  22. The reason I got new tires so soon was my crazy ex and her new boyfriend slashed my tires and broke my radio :ack: , but they were retarded and did right behind the police station and got caught on two cameras :rotfl2: so i got the 33 for $200 lol made my day :rock on:
