I just figured it out. I was thinking the switch went on the right side of the column. After doing some more digging I found another harness with "cargo Light" on it. I was using the wrong harness!! :doh: Plugged it in a it works. Tomorrow I will install it and take some pics. I just found another cargo light and switch on craigslist and being how hard these are to find I am gonna grab it. Its the switch with the fog light emblem next to it too, so I can use it where it is intended on going. Now I have it set up on the bracket for the right side of the column. I will switch it back when I get the new switch. Its worth Ten bucks right? LOL I just paid 50 for mine... Damn. Thanks

It IS a PA vehicle! There is bubbling peeking out from behind the front flare and around the door handle as well as a dent. Add that to the fact my son is absolutely anal.. i need to find parts or continue to hear about it. :yes:

Son just picked this up, i realize it's a long shot but i'll ask anyway. Looking for front pass side fender and drivers door in red with the Pioneer graphics. Local preferably but i'll ship the right parts if reasonable. Jeep will be a DD while Scrambler is being built, then this will get a repaint.. just looking to clean it up till then. I'm in the Philly area, willing to drive. Please point me to these parts if you see them available somewhere. Thanks..

This is two piece correct? I think i have my 88 XJ's cable in garage. Have a pic of what you need to compare to?

A couple well placed hits with a steel punch in both directions. I'm sure your aware to be very carefull with the punch.. make sure it's seated on the metal ring inside the seal and not the rubber where it can score the crank.
