  1. Sorry Justin, I ended up scrapping it. I run a Dakota tank and was having driveline clearance issues with it on. I’m in the process of designing a new one that mounts using the tank straps.
  2. You just revolutionized my world by thinning raptor! I never thought about the idea but it’s great! Incredible truck, I like the work you’ve done!
  3. Check out those sweet redneck counter sinks! Sometimes I look at my stuff and think that I literally need to just stop….. I’m taking it too far. LOL
  4. Started figuring out lighting for the bed / camp this weekend. First, I made a little button box that’s discreet bit easily accessible. This thing mounts in the drivers side corner of the bed right by the tail light. Still working on wiring it in, but so far so good. The buttons have LEDs that light up when the headlights are on to make them easier to see. I’m also going to use my label maker and label what they are. More to come!
  5. Earth is 24,901 miles around. So you’ve almost driven around the world twice!
  6. Sounds good!
  7. I know. . I will point it out every time I see you LOL. Just kidding, because then you will point out issues on my truck, and there are plenty! Ghosty is really coming along! I'm impressed! When are you coming over to get my Ghosty Donations? I can help you get rid of the ninja turtle instrument cluster!
  8. She got some dirt on ‘er from my driveway! first dirt!!!!
  9. Been quite a busy stretch with everything but the truck! Finally got time to wrench a little this weekend and test drove it again with much more success. Going to have to find another 22 gallon Dakota tank, but she’s getting close!
  10. Come see me for speakers if you want Stock XJ ones! I have bunches. Commuteche is looking great!!!
  11. Wow! I see how it is! I guess I’ll have to see what I can do. I’ve been kind of inactive lately due to school, right now I’m in between semesters so I guess I’ll have to work on trucks… I appreciate the kind words guys. I won’t let you down.
  12. I’m dying! I have some donations to make. Stop by when you got time!
  13. Love the channel! Love the truck!

  17. Excuse me gentlemen, But the only thing more glorious than bacon or pork chops or wheeling in liberty is the Comanche originally described in this thread… 😂
  18. LOL!!! I’ve seen your truck! It might even be more than that! I’ve been heading down that road with mine too lately!
  19. Damn straight! Been an odyssey but very happy with the results. Thanks so much for the support!
  20. I’m in! Let me get the kinks sorted out and we’ll go!
  21. I drove the truck today for the first time on the road. It runs really great, but to be honest driving it just made me realize all of the fine tuning needed to get it truly drivable. It’s got a leaky power steering reservoir, and needs adjustment to eliminate severe at very low speed (20?) death wobble. I’ve done no arm adjustment at all to align the front axle other than side to side so I assume this is a major contributing factor. It also lost what I think is an injector seal as I was pulling it back into the shop, which makes me think the seal was more than likely not seated correctly. I’ll get new ones installed tomorrow. Here she is after the first drive!
  22. Got those installed and lots of loose ends buttoned up the last couple weeks. Dyed my visors to match the black headliner, those turned out good. Also used two black interior hatch handles from junkyard XJ’s to make grab handles for getting in and out of the rig. My wife is 5’1” and thought it was too big. Hopefully these will help her out. As for the truck itself, I got the interior done and finished out the exhaust. I did a shorty system. Still stock 2.25” but now terminates ahead of the rear axle with a turn down. Might change it later, just wanted to see how this worked.
  23. Been a minute once again! Been getting lots done on the truck lately! Found a weird 97+ XJ at a local wrecking yard and the rig had wood grain and infinity tweeters! Didn’t know either existed. The guy at the yard threw in the tweeters with the door panels, so I grabbed those along with the Center bezel for the dash along with the overhead console.
