Any members in mid SC with suggestions for a renix knowledgeable Mechanic ? 89 long bed 4 liter automatic in Columbia.

The matched front to it from the 2020 is a dana30. I'm not sure what I have now but maybe I should just based on the mileage ?

Complete 15K mile 2020 Dana 44 rear axle from a JLU available with disc brakes at a fair price. I have an 89 4wd 4.0 L with automatic at 189K including many flat towed miles.. Is this an easy (worthwhile ?) swap ?

Hello, NewB to Jeeps here in Columbia, SC. I will attach pictures shortly. I would appreciate any build code info available. VIN 1J7FJ36L1KL530437 1989 Long Bed 4.0L AT 4wd (built 2/89) Tan bench seat and interior matching photos from Hotphoto389MJ Gold exterior So far, I have removed the interior, repaired passenger side ft. pan, dynamated the interior, upgraded stereo and speakers, repainted interior with SEM Camel (darker than stock), replaced original seat belts and hope to reassemble with new carpet this weekend. A/C was converted 4 months ago and it rides on aftermarket rims and knobby 235/75/15s.
