Dropping Oil Pan on 88 MJ 4.0L w 4x4

How difficult is it to remove the track bar? -
I need to drop the oil pan on my 88 MJ. I'm worried that the pan will hit the front axle and I will not have the clearance needed to pull the pan. Would the pan clear if I jack the truck up by the frame? Will this drop the axle far enought to get the pan out? Thanks
