  1. Duner, Do you still have your skyjacker LCA's and/or AAL's? Want to sell? I could use a set until I get my TNT long arm.
  2. Nice looking truck. I wish I could have made it to the jeep rally today.
  3. Got my headliner put in yesterday. It didn't fit perfect, but it looks alot better than nothing. Will post some pics of it tomorrow. Got an email about my front bumper last night saying it won't be done until the end of next week. Then I have to wait for it to be shipped. I paid for it back on February 8th. :shake:
  4. They must like me, I have a second interview next week. :D
  5. I drowned everything in silicon spray and the squeaking stopped. :D I am still going to replace my water pump before I don't have a choice.
  6. Where in Texas?
  7. I have a new job interview today at 10 am, which means I need to hurry my arse up! I'm closing on my house in about two weeks and thinking about changing jobs, plus a new baby on the way, I must be nuts. But a $5 to $8 an hour increase is just too hard to pass up. :D
  8. Is the water pump known to be bad? If so it could cause such a problem. What all pulleys were replaced? It's not bad, it is just a suspect for the squeaking noise. I already have a new one, so it can't hurt to change it. The only problem is that I have never changed one before or messed with the closed coolant system. I don't have a clue what to do first. :wrench:
  9. Ok, new pulley's are on and still the same damn sqeaking! :headpop: The only things left would be the water pump, the power steering pump, or the bearing behind the cooling fan pulley. How do I change the bearing behind the fan?? Same stupid squeaking with the new parts. I will be putting the new water pump on this weekend, hopefully that will help?
  10. I ran her without the belt and no squeaking. I took my alternator to the autoparts store to have it checked and no squeaking. So while I was there I went ahead and ordered some new pulley's. Should have those on tomorrow.
  11. :agree: Pull your belt off and spin the pulleys by hand. I did. Nothing seems worn or making any noise. The alternator only has 25 miles on it. :hmm: I think it may be my water pump, at least thats where the sqeaking seems to be coming from, it's too hard to tell.
  12. I give up. I pulled her all apart again and couldn't fine anything that would be suspect. Tomorrow I will limp her down to the Firestone experts and see if they can find the problem. :headpop:
  13. Does it hurt anything if you wash your motor at the car wash??
  14. The stock one didn't sound bad, it was just full of rust holes and the cat was completely hollow. I needed the new exhaust so I can pass safety inspection. I like the slight rumble that the flowmaster puts out. I have a Magnaflow on my Rubicon and I can barely hear it with the top down.
  15. Any ideas where the darn squeaking is coming from? I just changed my fan clutch and will be changing my water pump sometime this week. I gave all the pulleys a nice bath in WD40 and I loosened my belt to see if that would help, but nothing. :wrench:
  16. It sounds pretty good for being on a 6 cylinder. Here it is compared to the worn out stock exhaust. Stock exhaust with worn out cat Flowmaster 40 series with turndown and new cat
  17. I got the whole thing done for around $300 including a $150 for the new cat.
  18. I am still working on getting my truck ready to pass TX safety inspection. I went Saturday and had my exhaust fixed. I needed a new cat and I had a flowmaster 40 series with a turn down put on her. :D
  19. Help keep our Comanche video thread alive! :D http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3185&highlight=
  20. I only have the front lifted with a 2.5" spacer, No lift in the rear. It's only temporary until I save up for my TNT long arm kit. :D
  21. My bad, I thought he was getting it painted?
  22. Do you have any pictures of your new paint job yet?
  23. Thanks. :D Don't forget to grab the switches from the dash too!
  24. Do you guy's think the round fog lights look OK, or should I put on a set of rectangle ones?
  25. Not much motor work done yet. Mainly just replaced gaskets and cleaned up stuff. New vacuum harnesses and an ACCEL power tuner kit. She's getting a new exhaust hopefully tomorrow. I have dreams of putting a HEMI or at least a 350 someday. :D I like my 20 mpg but wouldn't mind that kind of power. Did you ever get a cargo light? Still looking.
