not sure i understand, its 1/4 plate bolted to frame and come through the bumper. do they look like tabs welded on? there is still more to be added, side's and center brace and a hitch, may add another 1/4 plated to each side of the plate for the shackle just to beef it up more- side bracing -

central air.lol no carpet/interior, so it gets warm inside when trail runs are slow, just helps get air moving through the cab..works well.. -

this is what happens when your stuck and waiting to be pulled out and its still in park when you get the tug... well it was coming off anyway for a better setup, just not this quick...lol and the hole we played in for abit and my buddy being smart with a double pullout with the hummer. hey, to bad i didn't see this sooner, did a 4x4 coversion on mine as well, got my front shaft from the cherokee i used for parts and the rear shaft was like yours( shaft inside of the shaft) got a rear from (think it was) 93 gmc jimmy, think the length was around 43 inches and had to get a conversion joint to go from gm to jeep at the diff.. anyway,nice work sofar..

the hummer came on the mud run with us... he just ran into the rock in the mud hole... with the repairs he's done to it, he could have bought a few jeeps... -

another set of rims, makes a world of difference in apperance/more offset out no more rubbing on the frame and a snorkle too. and my buddy breaking his hummer and towing it out.lower ball joint let go and the upper a-arm twisted.. thanks, still looking for bushings/part #'s for the arms i have.. jeeps gone back in for the re-check safety, the arms and track bar passed the 1st time, blew a rear brake line and the e brake bracket was folding/weak, wouldn't hold when applied :( -

yes, been told that,but the other arms like bds with poly bushing(i have a set but need bushings) don't flex and may damage the frame/lower mount on a bad impact, going to try these if they work or not, would sooner bend an arm than destroy the frame/mount. -

yep, overlapped 1 inch and reinforced the lower lip welded both side, may put a plate under the area of the joint.. should be fine as the stock arms are at best 1/16 thick. -

:D someone else has been down this road before....lol yes perch's rewelded and shock brackets off an old gm safari van and rear lower shock bushing pressed into the stock mj shocks.. thanks for the welcome's -
hey all, got this beast about 2 months ago.. been working on it since.. some pics and repairs, the famous floor rot,interior stunk from a dog and water leaks in the cab.. the day it arrived Image Not Found peeled out the interior and scraped the bench.. Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found little lift,spring over rear swapping drivetrain, donor jeep Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found changed tires/rims, got a set of rear flares and as it sits for now, working on finishing the front lift..
